Another 15 days went by in the blink of an eye and now it's time to bring you a new contemporary Brazilian short story once again. Today we have the pleasure of featuring the work of Simone Aver, a Portuguese Language teacher and writer of poetry and short stories.

We've selected "I Promise I'll Show You Paradise. Are You In?" because it's a creative way of telling a story about a man and a woman who meet at a bar and have very different plans for the time they'll spend together.
