Another 15 days went by in the blink of an eye and now it's time to bring you a new contemporary Brazilian short story once again. Today we have the pleasure of featuring the work of Lucas Viriato, an author from Rio who has a Master's in Brazilian Literature and received the Young Cultural Agent Award by the Ministry of Culture in Brazil.

We've selected "The Woman Who Didn't Want to Talk About Kentucky" because it is an intriguing story about a woman who refuses to talk about her past and a top-secret conspiracy.

We hope you enjoy Lucas's work and feel free to comment on it.
